THIS SUNDAY, June 6th, Children’s Ministries is thrilled to be welcoming children ages 4 up to entering 5th grade back to Sunday school live and in-person! This Summer, our Children’s Church program will be focusing on the life lessons of Jesus as we explore John 15:5 “I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.”
Each week the children will initially join their family in Service for worship. Before the sermon, the children will be released to the Children’s Ministries helpers in the rear of the church. We will meet in Room 11 for a lesson along with crafts and games. We are looking forward to being together and learning how the love of Jesus sustains us everyday.
If you would like your child to participate in Children’s Church on Sunday mornings, please click HERE to RSVP to Gwen Smith by Saturday morning, so that we are prepared with ample supplies for each child.
The children will be required to wear masks and follow proper safety protocols as outlined by Session.
When you arrive at MPC on Sunday mornings, please sign your child/children in at the white “lemonade stand” at the entrance of the church. At the end of Service, please come directly to Room 11 to sign-out and pick up your children.
Note: Our Children’s Nursery is not open at this time but is expected to re-open on Sunday, June 27th for our youngest disciples.
