Troop 604 develops character and leadership skills in young people through the Scouts BSA program here at the Moorpark Presbyterian Church. We have met the COVID challenge by conducting our meetings online. Now that outdoor events are allowed, we have resumed activities such as hiking and archery. We look forward to returning to our normal schedule of outings this Fall as things continue to improve.
We are proud that Troop 604’s Scouts have risen to the challenge and have continued to progress with many Eagle Projects having been completed. Some of these can be seen at the church with new landscaping by the cross and in the parking lot and a new and durable surface at the fire pit. As a result, we have had a large group of new Eagle Scouts with more on the way.
Thank you, Church, for providing these wonderful facilities to Troop 604 for over 2 decades and continuing to have a positive impact on our youth today!
